Dear Church Family,
As we approach Holy Week, we would like to share several resources with you and your family.
- Father George gave his blessing to send out the attachment of a booklet shared with us by our friend Father Matt Conjelko (Homer City parish). It's called Holy Week from Home and is especially useful for Orthodox families with children. (See the PDF booklet below.) I'm also attaching below the corresponding letter from Metropolitan Gregory.
- Click on this link to Life Transfigured (journal from the Monastery of the Transfiguration). In the current issue, there's a good crossword puzzle called "Journey to Pascha." Jon M. mentioned this to me, and I just printed off some copies for our family. It looks like a great activity for folks in this time of quarantine.
- Please be looking in your mailboxes later this week for a church bulletin with announcements and a message from Father George. It should be coming via U.S. Postal Service to everyone on our postal mailing list.
- Once again, remember to check the resources and links on our church website, OrthodoxIndiana.org. There are links to live streaming Orthodox services all over the country, as well as Orthodox prayers and devotional readings.
